In case that it is a duplicate, in order to keep a proper tracking, and avoid extra efforts, could you please tell us what should be the one to keep open?

 

By the way, could you please give us a detailed explanation why these requirements are needed?

如何构建Braswell CRB的Linux BSP?

首先, 需要到yoctoproject官网下载Braswell BSP软件包:git clone -b fido git://git.yoctoproject.org/poky.git。其次，需要对BSP进行若干配置，并且使用bitbake命令进行BSP构建，具体步骤请参考：https://www.yoctoproject.org/downloads/bsps/fido18/intel-cherry-hill。

BraswellLinux驱动集成到 Yocto Linux BSP中,相关链接：  https://www.yoctoproject.org/downloads/bsps/fido18/intel-cherry-hill。但是一些特殊的闭源的厂商的驱动，需要向厂商获取。

如何向yocto Linux中添加第三方闭源驱动?

一般情况下,可以直接在第三方驱动源码目录进行编译，此时需要制定Linux内核源码树, 指定源码树的目录一般如： <your_dir>/yocto_build/tmp/work/corei7-64-intel-common-poky-linux/linux-yocto/3.19.5+gitAUTOINC+913358acd0_e152349de5-r0/

linux-corei7-64-intel-common-standard-build.然后使用Yocto提供的交叉编译工具链x86_64-poky-linux-gcc来完成驱动的编译，并部署到单板即可。

对于如何使用硬件编解码功能, 当您成功构建Yocto image之后，系统默认安装加载Intel video编解码驱动，不需再人为的使能。最简单的方式，您可以使用Gstreamer工具来回放H.264视频， 来验证CPU loading在可以接受的范围之内。

软件如何读取Braswell SoC的温度，其是否提供了读取CPU温度的外接接口？

Braswell只支持数字温度传感器，并且只有温度事件发生（如温度过高）时才触发监视SOC die的温度，可见它并不是一直工作的，需要触发。

Braswell是否支持内核配置选项：CONFIG_MATON=y？

gcc 4.5 开始支持movbe以提高某些平台的性能，通过添加编译选项 -march=atom and -mtune=atom支持Intel Atom 平台。因此，内核配置选项：CONFIG_MATON=y是支持的。

The Intel EMGD for Windows 7 Version 36.15.0.1243 does support other languages than English. Testet with (en, de, fr, nl).

The Intel EMGD for Windows 7 Version 36.15.0.1243 doesn't have the "Can't load Resource" - Problem.

 

MSC-Technologies got this version direct from Intel support center.
